Gorgeous! I have wanted to plant a Japanise maple these past few years but don't know if I've got a sunny enough spot (kind of cramped with trees as it is), and actually I don't even know if it requires a real sunny spot, but I get to enjoy looking at our neighbor's when it's in its glory! Hers is about 40 years old, I think. OK - I have climbing roses and Jap Maple now on list :)

I love the colors...
Will post more roses in a few days :::wink:::: they are budding well and I usually have ared rose for my birthday. Hopefully I will have one this year as well.
