Nandina (the birds love it!)

I am not sure what this is called- I call it a mock orange tree. The fruit is about the size of a penny gumball; the wildlife critters - winged or not - love it.

If anyone knows the correct name I would be most appreciative. At full size this little tree is about 2-3 feet tall.
